From Raw Warehouse to Performance-First Facility
Chase Cameron Performance Headquarters is officially complete. And let us tell you—this wasn’t just a gym build. This was a full-on transformation, rooted in intention and built with purpose.

Built for More Than Just Workouts
Chase Cameron isn’t your average coach. His mission goes beyond strength and conditioning. It’s about developing discipline, leadership, and responsibility through high-level training. That meant this gym couldn’t just look good—it had to function at a high level in every zone.
We touched almost every square foot of this facility to ensure it delivered on that vision.
Every Space. Every Detail.
This wasn’t a surface-level facelift. We got in deep and dialed in every corner of the space to align with Chase’s purpose-driven approach.
Recovery Room Revamp
Athletes don’t grow during the workout—they grow in recovery. We overhauled the recovery space to reflect that philosophy. Key features now include:

Normatec boots for compression therapy

A JNH infrared sauna for recovery and regeneration

Calming, intentional finishes to help athletes breathe and reset
Bathroom Glow-Up + Easter Egg Touches
Both bathrooms received refreshed paint, bold accents, and—if you’re a true hoops fan—a subtle Easter egg paying tribute to the game. It’s one of those details you might miss unless you’re really looking. (Hint: check the art.)
Kobe Wall Reimagined
One of the most meaningful moments of the build was repurposing an existing wood plank accent wall into a statement piece behind a custom Kobe Bryant artwork. It’s bold. It’s beautiful. It delivers an instant energy shift when you walk past it.
Lobby + Lounge Area
First impressions matter. We gave the front entrance and lobby a complete reset: new paint, a reworked layout, and a clean, stylish lounge zone where athletes and guests can relax before or after training. Bonus—it doubles as a great backdrop for filming content.
Performance-Driven Design
Of course, no Beachside build would be complete without the right equipment and layout to match. For CCP HQ, we installed:

Dual Ancore cable systems for flexible, real-time coaching

A custom sound-deadening slam wall that doubles as a media/photo wall

Rubber and turf hybrid flooring in a one-of-a-kind CCP colorway

Flush-mount LED lighting throughout all key zones

An indoor basketball hoop engineered beneath an 8-foot span of window for safety and stability—a true feat of structural design
